Lloyd Hartnett

Status: Operational (on display in Fettler's Shed)

This motor trike was built by the members of the ILRMS and is powered by a Lloyd Hartnett motor and drive chain.

The unit was built for the purpose of rail retrieval at the former BHP Colliery at Corrimal, north of Wollongong in the museums early years. The unit hauled army flat wagons during the societies formative years at the Albion Park site.

The unit is currently operational, although used only on special days.
