Car 3 is a former Navvy Car, from Condong Sugar Mill in Northern NSW. This vehicle was used to carry the track workers (Navvies) out into the canefields to construct and repair the mill's track system.

This carriage arrived at Albion Park in 2006, along with the 40DL Ruston from Condong, and was restored to working order. It entered service in late 2008.
